According to her there are 3types of self esteem:
High self esteem
Healthy self esteem
Low self esteem

Both high and low esteem are bad even though people usually says they have high self esteem

The good one is healthy self esteem

The element of self esteem which are self knowledge, thought, relationships and experience

While the risk factors are age, gender, socioeconomic status and body image

Mrs Ibukunayo Bamidele (host)

Mrs Ibukunayo Bamidele (host) spoke about how the girl child is not inferior to any other gender, it all depends on the value you placed on yourself.

She touched some aspect of Sexuality education too that they should owned their body, take care of their body and respect their body through their dressing and carriage

She also told them not to develop entitlement mentality because they are female but to be diligent and hardworking to earn the life they desire

Nobody will respect with you if you don’t respect yourself

A girl child is not just for sexual and domestic purpose, so we should stop carrying ourselves as such

She sighted examples of female figure like Dora Akunyili, Mary Slessor, Okonjo Iweala that did great things and their names cannot be erased from the sand of time even when some of them are long dead already
